Email the editors at [email protected]. We read everything and reply to anything about the accuracy of a page.

What we can help with

  • Something on a page looks wrong: tell us the page, what it says and what you think it should say. A link to a study or official guidance helps. Any resulting change to a rating, dose or safety flag is published in the corrections log.
  • A source is missing or broken: every claim should trace to a numbered source you can open. If one doesn't, we want to know.
  • An ingredient or problem we don't cover yet: suggestions shape what we research next.

What we can't help with

  • Personal medical advice. We can't tell you whether a remedy is right for you, how it will interact with your medicines, or what dose to take. A pharmacist can, usually without an appointment.
  • Product recommendations. We don't recommend brands or retailers, and we don't accept products for review.
  • Advertising or sponsored content. We don't take either. See our editorial stance.

If you feel unwell after taking a remedy, stop taking it and speak to a pharmacist, your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency call 999. In the UK you can report a suspected side effect of a herbal product to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme.
